Gulfstream Aerospace Pop Up Innovation Studio

Design Brief: In this project, we set out to redesign the Cursor Control Device (CCD) for Gulfstream Aerospace. The project presented a high stake challenge to our team due to the company’s high standard of design. The team knew that the ideas generated had to be inline with the very best the industry had to offer.

Instead of trying to simply innovate for the sake of creativity, the team began seeking out ways to make very specific changes to help these pilots through human-centered design research. In turn, this would allow this piece to become a sustainable staple in a pilots second home.
